We believe country dancing is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or ability, and we strive to make our event as accessible as reasonably possible.

We work with our venue partners to provide an accessible environment whenever possible. Accessibility features may vary depending on the venue and event setup.

Our instructors aim to create an encouraging learning environment for dancers of all experience levels.

Participants are encouraged to:

• Dance at their own pace.

• Take breaks whenever needed.

While not every dance movement can be adapted for every participant, we will make reasonable efforts to help everyone enjoy the event.

Service animals are welcome where permitted by law and venue policies.

Support persons are welcome to accompany participants who require assistance during the event.
