Ticket & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to attend Prairie Skies Country Dance. We look forward to welcoming you to learning, dancing, and community.
Ticket Purchases
All ticket prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
Your registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Tickets are valid only for the individual named on the registration and may not be resold, transferred, or assigned to another person.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event that you are unable to attend due to illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
We encourage attendees to ensure they are able to attend before completing their purchase.
Instructor or Schedule Changes
From time to time, instructors, class schedules, venues, or event activities may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
These changes do not qualify for a refund.
Prairie Skies Country Dance will make every reasonable effort to provide an event of comparable quality and value.
Event Cancellation
If Prairie Skies Country Dance cancels the event, ticket holders will receive either:

a full refund, or

another remedy as required by applicable law.
Prairie Skies Country Dance is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel accommodations, meals, lost wages, or any other personal costs incurred by attendees.
Unexpected Circumstances
Sometimes circumstances beyond our control may require the event to be postponed, modified, or cancelled. Examples include severe weather, venue closures, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
If this occurs, Prairie Skies Country Dance will communicate updates as quickly as reasonably possible. Any refunds or other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
